Flag Retirement Ceremony & Instructions for Cutting Flags
We are looking for Boy Scout Troops who would be interested in camping out with us and helping with various areas, such as parking, the shooting sports ranges (bb-gun and archery), first aid tent, whittling/carving, or to stage your own demonstration of scouting skills. The campout is free for troops but the troop must turn in a completed Troop registration form; the optional patch is $1 each.
Tentative Schedule of Events (times and events may change):

| 11:30pm | | Opening Flag Ceremony, Announcements |
| 12:30pm | | RC Model Airplane show |
| 1:30pm | | Pack Games and Activities (BB-Gun and Archery ranges), kites, airplane exhibition and fly overs |
| 5:00pm | | Pack time, Dinner and social (practice skit/song) |
| 7:45pm | | Gathering for Campfire Ceremony, Flag lowering
Immediately following, we will have a Flag Retirement ceremony (if available) |
| 10:00pm | | Quiet time

| 9:30am | | Raise flag |
| 9:40am | | Morning service |
| 10:30am | | Closing ceremony |
Immediately following the closing ceremony: Everyone will line up for trash line pick-up.
We need volunteers to help load up the supplies and help unload them back into the district's storage unit in Bryan. Please help if you can!!
