We are in need of adults to help staff day camp this year in all areas, from program area counselors to shooting sports rangers, as well as assistants and other helpers. We also need help setting up the weekend before camp. Please consider helping out however you can. Contact: Cindy Jenkins (cndylou2@aol.com) or Sarah Morrill (skmorrill@gmail.com).

Please note the following restrictions this year:

  • Each pack MUST provide enough walking leaders for EVERY day of camp (one adult per 5 scouts per rank; Tigers must be accompanied by their Tiger Partner or parent). Extra scouts will NOT be allowed to register without enough walking leaders.

  • Late or individual registrations will NOT be allowed this year. Every scout MUST go through his pack's day camp coordinator to register and all pack coordinators MUST turn in day camp registration packets by MAY 2nd.

You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader or similar to view and print these Day Camp Registration Forms.

Pack Coordinator Packets (with all other forms, adult leader supporting documents and fees) are DUE on
Sunday, May 2nd.

All Walking Leaders and Day Camp Staff must attend training, regardless of day camp trainings taken in previous years.

  • Day Camp Training #1 – Tuesday, June 8, 6:30pm-8:30pm, Camp Howdy
  • Day Camp Training #2 – Saturday, June 12, 9:00am-11:00am, Camp Howdy
